    • In the settings, go to Business Profile and fill in details like your Business Name, Description, Location, and Business Category. Add a profile photo representing your business.

  • What are Labels?
    • Labels help you categorize your customers and manage conversations. Examples include “New Customer,” “Pending Payment,” or “Order Completed.”
  • How to Use Labels:
    • Go to a conversation, tap on the options (usually three dots), and select Label. Choose a label or create a new one. Try labeling a few conversations to see how it helps organize contacts.
